There are many different processes in the processing of cosmetic packaging materials, and these processes have their own characteristics. Today, the most commonly used process-electroplating is mainly analyzed briefly.
Electroplating process: For cosmetic packaging materials, electroplating refers to a surface processing method in which metal-plated cations in the plating solution are deposited on the surface of the packaging material through electrolysis to form a plating layer.
The electroplating process of cosmetic packaging materials has the following requirements for the plating layer on the surface of the packaging materials:
1. There should be a good bonding force between the plating layer and the packaging material, and between the plating layer and the plating layer, so that the surface of the packaging material will not fall off.
2. The coating should be finely crystallized, smooth, and uniform in thickness. A better electroplating appearance should be bright and transparent, with a very thick visual brightness. This macroscopic feeling is determined by the state of the plating surface of the packaging material, that is to say, the surface of the packaging material must be very flat.
3. The plating layer should have a specified thickness and as few pores as possible, and there should be no fog.
The cosmetic packaging materials use different color coatings, which have different decorative effects.
