We can offer different kinds of finishes on the tube, depending on the design of the artwork and how you want it to appear on the tube.

Cosmetic Packaging Offset PrintingOffset printing: When functional and aesthetic requirements come together, printing tubes are the best choice. We offer printed tubes with a variety of tube body color options and printing options. We are equipped with a six-color dry offset printing and painting machine that prints with UV ink followed by UV painting to provide the best performance. Our presses are equipped with the ability to print halftones and solids with the same consistency.

Silkscreen: When you put your finger on the artwork on the tube, it lifts up and stays glossy all the time, even on a matte tube. We are equipped with a three-color screen printing machine that prints with UV screen inks followed by UV and Matt lacquering for optimum performance.

Hot Stamping Foil: We offer hot stamping foil as one of the decorative options to add charm to your products. Bronzing is the process of transferring a gold, silver or color image from a foil to a tube through a hot silicone rubber mold. Foil stamps can be stamped on caps and tubes. Small, simple areas of foil work best on tubes.

Labels: Label tubes are ideal when artwork is the answer to differentiation and shelf visibility. These label tubes are 19mm to 50mm in diameter. In the label we also offer opaque, translucent and transparent options with matte, glossy or metallic finish. Offset printing, screen printing and foil stamping are also available on labels. Labeling the tags as decorative options gives you more freedom when preparing your artwork design concept.
